
Meet Stephanie
Stephanie is a passionate movement specialist with a strong background in dance and Pilates. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Dance with a Minor in Psychology from Dean College, where she was first introduced to the STOTT PILATES® method. What began as a cross-training tool soon became a daily practice, leading to profound physical and mental transformation.
After retiring from a professional dance career, Stephanie transitioned into teaching, beginning with the prestigious Boston Ballet. She later became a certified STOTT PILATES® instructor, bringing her deep understanding of movement and body mechanics to every class.
Stephanie is dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals through intentional, mindful movement. Her classes are known for being energetic, challenging, and supportive—fostering strength, flexibility, and confidence in every student.
